SELF CHECK-IN – The Jennings Hotel is a self-check-in accommodation; we do not have a front desk or staff to help you book on site. You will a receive a door code to access your room 24 hours before your stay. Be aware that we are located on the second story of a historic building, you must climb a flight of stairs to reach us.

NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS – Violations of our pet policy are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. 

NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 – Due to the historic nature of our building and to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, we respectfully request that all guests are at least 12 years of age.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Violations of our smoking policy are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

MINIMUM STAY - Your room requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holidays and special events. Same day reservations and orphan nights are available for single night stays.

AVAILABILITY – Our calendar opens up 180 days in advance. If you don't see availability further out, check back 180 days from your desired travel dates and the calendar will reflect current availability. Single night stays are only available on our website 3 days in advance, depending on availability.

CHECK-IN is AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECKOUT is 11 A.M. No early check-in or late checkout without prior arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS –100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. Except for adding days to an existing stay, reservation changes 7 days or fewer before arrival are subject to a $45 alteration fee. Single night reservations are not eligible for refund or alteration.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING – Linens and bath towels are included with your room. We do not provide daily housekeeping service and suggest you bring beach towels as ours are not available for off site use.

RATES – Rates adjust based on availability and are subject to change without notice.

PARKING – On street parking is available to the west and south of the hotel.

WOOD STOVE – Our wood stove is available for guest use after obtaining operating instructions from the innkeeper.

TERMS OF SERVICE – By renting a room at The Jennings Hotel you have acknowledged and are agreeing to our rental agreement and terms of service.
